2025 was a slightly cooler vintage on the Central Coast. A dry winter pushed shoots up earlier than normal, but a cool and foggy spring kept growth slow and reduced yields. Summer weather finally arrived in August, getting our fruit ready to harvest in the weeks after Labor Day – in three separate picks. The vintage is marked by an energetic acidity, balanced by a long and gradual growing season with our region’s coastal ‘refrigerated sunshine’.

Tasting Notes: Just-ripe nectarines and peaches lead to juicy melon and crunchy apple acidity. A succulent cream texture flows on the palate, with hints of flinty mineral and lemon zest. The finish lingers with fruit, and sea salt. A delicious, easy-drinking wine of purity and balance.
